Sujendra Mather
Sujendra has experience spanning around 10 years in corporate finance, having worked with Houlihan Lokey (US), Deloitte (Singapore) and John Keells Holdings (Sri Lanka). He was the project leader for several of the largest strategic transactions at John Keells Holdings. In addition, he has structured, negotiated and executed several M&A transactions for leading corporations in the USA and South East Asia.

Sujendra was educated at Claremont McKenna College (USA) (BA) and Colombo International School (Sri Lanka).
Sharini Kulasinghe
Vice President
Sharini has over 5 years of experience working with MicroVest Capital Management – a leading US-based impact investor . She has sourced, structured and negotiated debt and equity investments in financial institutions across Africa, South Asia and the Caucuses. She also was a team leader for several of MicroVest’s largest transactions.

Sharini was educated at New School University (USA) (MSC.), Bard College (USA) (BA) and Ladies College (Sri Lanka).
Hiran Embuldeniya
Hiran has around 10 years of experience working with Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company. He has advised the CEOs of many leading banks and industrial companies in Europe and the Middle East on important strategic decisions and transactions, and helped define corporate strategies for several of the largest banks in the Middle East. In addition, he has been involved in several billion dollars of M&A transactions with European Industrials.

Hiran was educated at Harvard Business School (USA) (MBA), University of Oxford (UK) (MEng Hons) and Colombo International School (Sri Lanka).
Nayana Mawilmada
Nayana has over 14 years of experience in planning, facilitating and managing large scale real estate development and infrastructure projects across 15 countries. His diverse experience ranges from planning new town developments and tourism projects in Korea and China to advising the Parliament of East Timor on infrastructure investments. In addition, Nayana has developed and managed numerous investments for the Asian Development Bank.

Nayana was educated at Harvard Business School (USA) (MBA), MIT (USA) (MCP - Master of City Planning), Hampton University (USA) (Bachelor of Architecture), and Trinity College (Sri Lanka).
Romesh Abhayaratne
Romesh has over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry, working with Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, and the World Bank (IBRD) in the US, Europe and Asia. He has managed a substantial discretionary portfolio of private wealth of Fortune 500 corporate management and high net-worth individuals. Romesh has been instrumental in completing significant investment banking deals including IPOs, secondary issues, private equity, mezzanine and bridge financing. 

He was educated at the University of Texas (Austin) (MBA and MPA Hons) and Royal College (Sri Lanka). He has also passed the CPA examination early in his career in Texas.
